Javier Del Vecchio
Dr. Del Vecchio, a distinguished figure in the field of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, boasts over 18 years of experience and comprehensive training in foot and ankle surgery. His expertise lies in minimally invasive surgery and reconstructive procedures, honed through training at esteemed international centers and Universities in Spain, Italy, and the United States, including the prestigious Hospital San Rafael in Barcelona, the USP Hospital San Carlos in Murcia, and the Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore.
On the other hand, throughout his career, he has combined his medical work with teaching activities, being an active member of the Scientific Committee of several Societies and Associations and being a Professor at Favaloro University. His activity in MIFAS by GRECMIP focused on being the director and faculty of courses around the world and on his participation as a Board of Members participant. Dr. Del Vecchio's commitment to the field extends beyond his clinical and teaching roles. He is a prolific researcher and scientific adviser, with numerous scientific articles and book chapters to his credit. Currently, he serves as a traumatologist at the University Hospital – Fundación Favaloro and in private practice.
