Matteo Guelfi
Dr. Matteo Guelfi is an orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. He is an expert in ankle arthroscopy, pathologies related to sports of the foot and ankle and ligament injuries of the ankle. During his career he has trained at several international centres in Spain, United States and Argentina and he completed is academic background caring out a PhD at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on arthroscopic treatment of ankle instability.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Guelfi is an active researcher and educator. He published several publications in the most important scientific journals in the sector and he is frequently involved as speaker in international conferences or as instructor in courses for training of orthopaedic surgeons.
